Description: * Bifidobacteria are anaerobic (live without oxygen) and are found predominantly in the lower intestines. Bifidus Balance + FOS may be taken with Jarro-Dophilus.
Bifidus Balance + FOS is encapsulated to protect the bifidobacteria from oxygen, which is destructive to bifidus. Bifidus Balance survives stomach acid and implants. Bifidus Balance + FOS contains 4 species of the bifidobacteria found in infants and adults.
Each capsule contains in excess of 2 billion bifidobacteria at time of manufacture.
