SUGGESTED USAGE: Can be taken several different ways:
ADULTS (18 years or older)
(1) Packet after each meal, 3 times per day, or (2) packets after breakfast and 1 packet after lunch, or all (3) daily packets after a full breakfast or lunch, or all 6 orange tablets at breakfast or lunch and all 6 gray tablets 1/2 hour befor bed.
TEENAGERS (15-17 years)
(1) Packet at breakfast and (1) packet at lunch, or (2) packets at breakfast or lunch.
TEENAGERS (13-14 years)
(1) Packet at breakfast.
NOTE: Taking more than 1 orange multi-vitamin/anti-oxidant at a time increases the likelihood of a niacin flush.
