This product is a lozenge. Place lozenge(s) under tongue when mouth is in natural condition, at least 15 minutes before or half hour after eating, brushing teeth or drinking anything except water. Allow to dissolve slowly, altering the position of the lozenge(s) to avoid prolong contact with the same area.
