St. John's Wort may blunt the absorption of a common cancer drug (Camptosar), and the effect may lasts weeks after a person stops taking it. If you are using any type of cancer medication, consult with your physician before using any type of product that contains St. John's Wort.
Due to the St. John's Wort extract, in some cases, light-skinned people may experience a sensitivity to excessive exposure to the sun. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight or UV sources. If taking a prescription drug, consult your physician prior to use.
