Suggested Usage: Regarding Serving Size
Because ALL ONE is a uniform powder, exactly 15 grams
(our recommended daily adult serving) provides the precise
weight measurement of nutrients per serving as indicated on the label. As a matter of customer convenience however, we have transposed the precise 15 gram weight measure into an approximate volume measurement of one heaping tablespoonful. Any slight variance in per serving weight has no effect on the balance of the nutrients. If you prefer, the dose may be split in half and taken twice during the day.
Children 9 -15 years of age: 7.5 grams (2 level teaspoons).
Children 3 - 8 years of age: 3.75 grams (1 level teaspoon).
