Pantothenic Acid (B-5) is converted by the body into coenzyme A which is used in the metabolism of fats, proteins, carbohydrates, the synthesis of adrenal hormones, bile and hemoglobin and it plays a role in stress resistance, nerve transmission, anxiety, immune response, cholesterol levels, cardiovascular health, stamina, anemia, and autoimmune disorders.
