Suggested Usage:
Take one packet daily with meals.
For best results, beginning with first meal of the day take Beta Carotene (reddish softgel), B-Right (yellow tablet), one C + Herbs (brown speckled tablet), Dry E (white capsule) and Yang Minerals (2 white oval tablets). With lunch or dinner, take second C + Herbs (brown speckled tablet). Take Yin Minerals (2 green speckled tablets) 2 hours after last meal or at bedtime. Or, take as directed by your qualified health consultant. NOTE: Colors may vary. Niacin may cause a slight flushing sensation; be sure to take B-Right with a meal.
This formula is yeast and iron free.
Store in a cool dark place. Do not refrigerate. Moisture from refrigerator may diminish quality of contents.
