The Fiber35 CLA Fit Plus™ ingredients are:

• CONJUGATED LINOLEIC ACID (CLA)
  CLA is a form of the essential fatty acid linoleic acid found naturally in food sources primarily of animal origin. Human studies have shown that CLA affects fatty acid metabolism and may reduce the proportion of body fat. Animal studies suggest that CLA may have the long-term effect of increasing insulin sensitivity and glycemic control, thus having a favorable effect on weight management. Mice studies show that CLA reduces body fat, while increasing muscle mass in these animals. Added benefits include increase in metabolic rate, lowering of cholesterol and support of the immune system.
  
  
• MEDIUM CHAIN TRIGLYCERIDES (MCTs)
  A review of the scientific literature on MCTs suggests that these readily absorbed fatty acids increase energy expenditure, may lead to more rapid satiety (feeling full) and facilitate weight control when substituted for long-chain fatty acids (which are more dense in calories). Animal studies have shown that MCTs result in less body weight gain and decreased size of fat depots after several months of consumption as compared to the more commonly consumed long-chain fatty acids.
