Ingredients: 100% Organic Acacia (soluble fiber).

Suggested Usage: For best results, mix one level tablespoon (5.6 g or approximately 5 shakes) into 4 to 8 ounces of liquid or soft food up to 3 times daily, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
