Suggested Usage: Optimum Results will be achieved by blending 1 level scoop (20 grams) of Muscle Dynamics™ with about 8 ounces of room temperature water daily at bedtime on a completely empty stomach, or as directed by your qualified health consultant.
This product will dissolve more easily if stirred into room temperature water, then left to stand for a few minutes, before stirring again and then consuming.
