Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate, Calcium Folinate, and Methylcobalamin are the active and water soluble forms of Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, and Vitamin B-12.
Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate (Vitamin B-6) is highly absorable and is involved in the metabolism of protein, fats, and plays a role in nervous system function, serotonin and neurotransmitter production. It may be beneficial for depression, schizophrenia, carpal tunnel syndrome, autism, childhood epilepsy, PMS symptoms, water retention, morning sickness, blood, blood vessels, arteriosclerosis, immune function, anemia, diabetes, kidney stones, allergies, arthritis, asthma, and melanoma.
Calcium Folinate (Folic Acid) is part of the B-complex family and plays a role in energy production, red blood cell formation, protein metabolism, RNA/DNA synthesis, cell division and replication, and tissue growth. It also offers support for nervous system health, immune response, blood health, anxiety, uterine cervical dysplasia, embryonic and fetal nerve cell formation and the prevention of birth defects.
Methylcobalamin (Vitamin B-12) plays a role in energy production, blood formation, nervous system function, digestion, assimilation, protein synthesis, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. It may also be beneficial for anemia, moodiness, memory loss, coordination, depression, psychosis, cancer prevention and fertility.
